The Lincoln-Way West varsity boys golf team finished in fifth place in the boys division of the Homewood-Flossmoor Co-Ed Classic at Lincoln Oaks Golf Course with a team score of 325.
The Warriors were led by Charlie Stream with a 7-over par 78.
E.J. Dwyer (81), Liam Wills (81), Logan Knedlik (85), and Griffin Crafton (85) also contributed to the team score.
Lincoln-Way East won the event with a team score of 305.
The LWW boys golf team made school history this week when it won the Schuman Cup for the first time with a team score of 151.
Lincoln-Way West’s boys golf team shot a season-low 154 in a hard-fought loss to Lincoln-Way East at the Green Garden Blue Course, 154-145.
The Lincoln-Way West boys golf team kicked off its season with a team score of 322, which was good for an eighth place finish out of 20 teams at the Warrior Invitational held at The Den at Fox Creek Golf Course in Bloomington.
