Lincoln-Way West Varsity volleyball had an impressive match against Plainfield North, winning 2 out of 3 sets.
The first set was tightly contested, with Lincoln-Way edging out a win at 25-23.
However, they faced a challenge in the second set, losing 22-25. In the decisive third set, they bounced back strongly with a dominant 25-13 victory.
Caroline Smith and Elly Decker both showcased their offensive skills with 14 kills each, playing a crucial role in the match’s outcome.
Defensively, Laney Tuttle and Elly Decker stood out with 12 digs, helping their team maintain their lead and secure the win.
