Lincoln-Way West High School is actively preparing for the upcoming fall sports season as students enjoy their summer break.
According to school officials, families are encouraged to schedule school and sports physicals during the summer months. This initiative aims to prevent scheduling conflicts and ensure student eligibility throughout the academic year.
“Summer is the ideal time to complete your student’s physical, since it won’t expire during any season,” the school said in a statement.
Fall sports registration will officially open on July 9 through Snap, which is Lincoln-Way West’s online athletic registration platform. Athletes must have a current physical on file to participate.
