Lincoln-Way West Boys Wrestling to Open 2025-26 Season at Yorkville

Lincoln-Way West High School is set to commence its 2025-26 boys varsity wrestling season with an away match against Yorkville High School. This opening event will provide the Warriors with an opportunity to evaluate their lineup and gain competitive experience early in the season.

The match is scheduled for November 25, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at Yorkville High School in Yorkville, Illinois.

According to the school, this early-season matchup offers valuable experience in a competitive setting, allowing athletes to refine techniques and test conditioning under match conditions.

Following this initial encounter, Lincoln-Way West will proceed to Marmion Academy on November 26 for the Marmion Academy Invite, a full-day tournament that promises further opportunities for development and competition.
