Which former Lincoln-Way Warriors girls’ tennis stand-outs will play at the college level in fall 2025?

Gerl, and exercise science major, made the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) all-academic team in 2024 after going 6-5 in doubles and 1-0 in singles. She was All-South West Conference (SWSC) in 2021 and a member of the Warriors’ 2021 SWSC Conference Championship Squad. Gerl played at Moraine Valley before transferring to UW-Oshkosh in 2024.

Kubilius played in eight singles matches and eight doubles matches last spring for the Fighting Saints. She notched a singles win against Indiana Tech and a doubles win against St. Ambrose. She played doubles for the Warriors with partner Ella Nichols, qualifying for the IHSA state tournament in 2023.

Baker played doubles last year with partner Gianna DePersia for the Warriors’ 2025 SWSC runner-up team.
