The Lincoln-Way West girls’ varsity basketball team was defeated by Homewood-Flossmoor in their final conference game of the season on Tuesday, February 11, 2025. The Warriors lost 59-43 at Homewood-Flossmoor High School.
According to the team’s records, with this loss, Lincoln-Way West now holds a 20-10 overall record and a 12-4 record in conference play. Caroline Smith led the Warriors with 18 points during the game. Despite this setback, the team competed vigorously against a formidable Homewood-Flossmoor squad.
Lincoln-Way West will now turn their attention to postseason competition, aiming to build on their successful season and pursue a deep playoff run.
