At the Peoria Notre Dame Invitational on Sept. 21, the girls cross country team showcased exceptional skill, with the varsity team finishing 42nd, driven by senior Chloe Miller’s outstanding performance.
Miller recorded her fastest time since sophomore season amid challenging weather conditions.
The JV team commenced the day impressively, finishing 20th among over 50 teams, with notable personal records achieved by Celest Reiling, Danity Paape, Carli Smith, Jessica Lewis, Sophia Ockenburg, Lia Costello, and Savannah Salazar on Detweiler Park’s esteemed course.
The Warrior girls cross country team will be competing again at The LWC Run Down at the Oaks Saturday, Sept. 28.
