Former Warrior Andrew Sherry had three solo tackles and one assist in McKendree University’s 34-19 win over Lincoln University of Missouri on Sat. Sept. 14.
Sherry has ten tackles and an interception on the season for McKendree (1-1), which rebounded from its loss at West Florida in the season opener.
A 6’3, 190-pound redshirt senior from New Lenox, Sherry started 10 games for McKendree in 2022 and had 68 tackles.
A 2019 Lincoln-Way West graduate, Sherry had five interceptions and was first-team All-Conference as a senior. He’s the son of James and Laura Sherry.
McKendree University plays Division II College Football in the Great Lakes Valley Conference, which includes Lewis University in Romeoville, Quincy University and the University of Indianapolis.
McKendree, located in Lebanon, IL, 25 miles east of St. Louis.
