The Warriors girls varsity bowling team maintained their impressive start to the season, achieving a 3-0 record after defeating BBHS at Brookmont Bowl on Thursday, December 12.
According to the team’s records, this victory marked their third win of the week and kept them undefeated in conference play with a 2-0 record. Erin Paul led the team with a remarkable 509 series over two games. Paul opened with a near-perfect score of 278, achieving nine consecutive strikes before finishing with a score of 231 in the second game. Her performance was pivotal in securing the team’s season-high total score of 1,961 against Bradley’s 1,523.
The rest of the varsity squad also contributed strong performances. Paige DeBella posted a series score of 393, followed by Allison Whalen with 359. Madison Tippett added a score of 352, and Michelle Schmitz completed the scoring with a 348.
The Warriors’ successful outing at Brookmont Bowl positions them well as they aim to build on their early-season achievements.
