The Warriors are 0-3 versus Lockport all-time. The Porters have outscored them 69-48 in three meetings.
Lockport linebacker John Sherrod has a division I scholarship offer from Drake.
Lockport defensive end Kevin Hippner announced in August he will play football at Division III UW-Eau Claire.

The Porters won a state title in 2021.
Czart took over as the head coach at Lockport in 2019, after serving as an assistant football coach at Lincoln-Way West between 2016-18. Before that, he was the head coach at Lincoln-Way North between 2008 and when the school closed following the 2015-16 school year. Going 54-29 in that time. He was the defensive coordinator for Lockport from 1994-2006, during which time the Porters won two Class 8A state championships in 2002 and 2003.
Before Czart took over the Porter program they finished 0-9 in 2018.
